The NYC cookie,
done properly.
A shell that cracks. A centre that's still molten. Thick, gooey, rolled by hand — and baked only once you've ordered it, so what arrives was made for you, not for a shelf.
Also to order — cakes, cupcakes & breads

Flavour of the week — This week
Biscoff Butterscotch
A Biscoff shell with crushed caramelised biscuit baked right through it, white chocolate chips, and a butterscotch centre that runs the moment you break it. Sweet, but with enough salt to stop it being sickly.
On the menu all week. Then it's gone — until enough people ask for it back.
Pick your size
One is a treat.
The other is a decision.
The full one
120g
The proper New York cookie. Crisp edge, molten middle, and genuinely too much for one sitting. This is the one people photograph.
The half
60g
The same dough, the same filling, half the commitment. For when you want one with coffee, or four across a table.
Baked to order
And when you need more than a cookie.
Birthdays, iftars, office boxes. Give Jo a few days' notice and she'll bake to your table.

Who's baking
I still work a 9-to-5.
This is the plan to escape it.
I'm Javaria — Jojo to most people, and the Jo in Jo & Co. By day I'm a software engineer. Every other hour, I'm in my kitchen: weighing chocolate, chasing the perfect molten centre.
Every cookie is made by hand, in small batches, baked to order — early mornings, late nights, most of my weekend. My husband and I are trying to build this into something we can both do full-time. Every order gets us a little closer.

Reviews — none yet
This bit is embarrassingly empty.
We've only just turned the oven on, so there's nobody to quote yet. Order a box, tell us honestly what you thought, and your name goes up here — even if you're rude about it. Especially if you're rude about it. ;)
Reserved for whoever orders first.
